The 79 series comes standard with a 3.9 ratio Diff Set which for on Highway use vehicles before 09/2016 means that at 100KM per Hour the vehicle is doing 2400 RPM this is far too high and reduces both engine life and increases wear and tear also increasing service intervals. By changing the ration from 3.9 to 3.58 you increase your gear change intervals by 10% bring the vehicle RPM to 2000 RPM at 100Km per hour which is the same for all vehicles built from October 2016 off the shop Floor. Both vehicles in this configuration generally with a medium load achieve a fuel consumption 12.5L/100Km
